Warranty & Service
Your Meridian watch carries a 2 year international guarantee valid from the date of purchase. The services covered by this guarantee are limited to the complete removal, without charge, of any manufacturing defects in your watch. The guarantee does not apply in the event of misuse. The Meridian retailer who sold the watch shall be solely responsible for any guarantee that he may have given exceeding the limits indicated above. The international guarantee is given without prejudice to any other legal obligation with respect, in particular, to hidden defects.
Important: The international guarantee is only valid if it has been filled our, dated and signed by the retailer who sold the watch, who is the sole person authorised for this purpose. Be sure to keep the guarantee card carefully in case you should have to establish your rights under the guarantee.
After Sales Service
Merdian after sales services guarantees the perfect maintenance of your watch and will gladly furnish any further information concerning its use. If your Meridian watch requires servicing or water resistance testing it should only be entrusted to the Meridian Watch Company Ltd. We reserve the right to relinquish all responsiblilty under this guarantee for the repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by any outside party.
Your watch requires water resistance testing every two years or annually if used frequently underwater.
